ALACRAO 2026-2027 High School Fair Information

 

The Alabama Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (ALACRAO) is excited to expand our partnership with StriveScan, making it your one-stop shop for High School College Fair registration and management. This streamlined process makes fair registration easier than ever while continuing to provide industry-leading student engagement tools.

Fall 2026 High School Fairs Registration opens July 6. Registration will close on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. After this date, late registrations will incur a late registration fee. 

Important Information for Team Registrations

If you’re registering on behalf of a recruiter or team, we recommend that each institution designate one primary contact to complete registration. As fair season approaches, this individual will be responsible for assigning representatives to each fair through your institution’s StriveScan team.

*Please note that the late registration fee will be added to each fair registered after the deadline. 

Late registration requires approval from each fair’s District Coordinator and is not guaranteed. The link for late registration will be sent by the District Coordinator upon approval.

You must contact each District Coordinator directly to confirm availability if completing late registration. District Map and Coordinators. Once approved, the District Coordinator will share a form for you to submit.

Calendar purchase for non-institutional memberships: Institutional members receive calendar access at no additional cost. All other membership tiers must purchase access separately.
