Registration will close on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. After this date, late registrations will incur a late registration fee. Important for Team RegistrationsIf you’re registering on behalf of a recruiter or team, you must pass along every confirmation and update email you receive. The registration form includes an “Additional Emails” field where you may add your recruiters’ addresses so they receive all fair communications directly. (See the screenshot below for where in the form to enter them.)
Registration timeline:
*Please note that the late registration fee will be added to each fair registered after the deadline. Late registration requires approval from each fair’s District Coordinator and is not guaranteed. The link for late registration will be sent by the District Coordinator upon approval. You must contact each District Coordinator directly to confirm availability if completing late registration.
